Staff needs re-training and your F & B director needs to find a new gig. Another girl was standing reading her cell phone text.the Chef came out and had to TELL her the aujus for the prime (overcooked and tough) was empty. Here is a for instance.people in line at the carving station and there were 3 employees standing around bs'ing.and guests waiting for service. Sadly disapointed, this used to be a treasure to enjoy.I was embarrassed bringing guests up for dinner and the boxing match. The soup was cold, the prime rib was tough, ribs were not cooked yesterday. It might have been worth $8.99 per person rather than $20 I figured they must have crab or ? Well there was no one manning the ship things were filthy,the contaiers were not filled and over half of them were missing their sign saying what they were. Expensive and couldn't figure on why they were charging so much. I would never give a bad review unless it rea lly was horrible and it was. but after spending $67.00 at Hinckley's buffet last night, I so wish I would have gone to the Winds and had a good meal. I know many people choose the buffet thinking the nicer restaurants are too expensive. I wrote a review on both of the steakhouse's at the properties-glowing and Excellent. As a platinum member I spend alot of my free time at either Hinckley or Mille Lacs.
