No compensation was given for the false information that was provided, and we are extremely disappointed in the service we received. Instead, the staff were extremely rude, and had a smirk on their face the entire time we were speaking to them.

Not to mention we drove all the way from the north east to dine at your restaurant. Through our interactions with the staff, none of them gave any apologies for the inconvenience that was caused to us. The crazy thing was that another couple arrived at the same time as us, also with a baby, and said they called the restaurant as well to confirm they could bring in their child. All the staff rudely told us we were not allowed in even though we said we had called to confirm. We asked to speak to a manager and she behaved in the same way. They were very smug and rude in their interaction with us. We arrived on the 22nd of August in the afternoon, and the two staff at the front said we weren’t allowed in. We called twice to be on the safe side and both times the staff on the other end confirmed that we were able to bring in our baby. The day prior we called the the restaurant and casino to confirm we could bring our baby. On the afternoon of August 22nd, my husband and I planned to have lunch at the casino buffet.
